At APM Monaco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your jewelry, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your APM account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

Prepare Your Package

Place the jewelry in its original packaging, including the signature APM box and authenticity card, to ensure the items are protected during transit.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a collection.

Quality Check & Refund

Once our workshop inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
