What is your shipping policy?

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders globally. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that personalized items and earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Does APM Monaco offer a warranty?

Yes, all APM Monaco jewelry is covered by a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper care.

Can I have my jewelry repaired?

We provide repair services for items covered under warranty. For pieces outside the warranty period, we offer repair services at a reasonable fee. Please contact our customer service team or visit an APM boutique for an assessment.
